About Us

Make Your Mark Media

A nonprofit 501(c)3 based in Maryland, Make Your Mark Media, Inc. is dedicated to educating and entertaining audiences while creating awareness for social, educational and environmental issues.

Staff

Mark Hildebrand has been executive director of Make Your Mark Media since its creation in 2009. He has directed and produced two feature documentaries that have aired on public television – Anthem: The Story Behind The Star-Spangled Banner and Brookeville: Capital for a Day. In 2013 Mark led the team that created The Anthem Project - an online resource for Maryland teachers and students with lesson plans and activities based on video segments from Anthem. He has also created films for the National Park Service, Farragut Films, The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission and Colonial Players of Annapolis.

Board of Directors

Make Your Mark Media is governed by a board of directors currently chaired by Eileen Wirz. Ralph Eshelman, Dan Kavanaugh, Lyndra Marshall and Ellen Wakefield also serve on the board.
